  此閥設(shè)有一個改善套筒周圍流體平衡流動的導流翼，是控制高壓流體的閥門，是一種壓力平衡式調(diào)節(jié)閥。有壓降小，流量大，可調(diào)范圍廣，流量特性精度高的特點。執(zhí)行器可采用氣動薄膜式、電子式電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)，出廠時已經(jīng)將零點程調(diào)試完畢，用戶接通氣源輸入信號即可運轉(zhuǎn)使用。

1.接線簡單，操作簡易。

2.調(diào)節(jié)性能優(yōu)異，流量系數(shù)精確。

3.通道呈S型號，壓力損失小，流通能力強。

4.有一定黏度和少量纖維的介質(zhì)也可以選用。

The valve has a trning vane improving the sleeve surrounding fluid flow balance, and is a high pressure fluid control valve, and is a kind of pressure balance type regulator. It has the characteristics of small pressure drop,large flow, wide adjustable range, and flow characteristic of high precision. Actuator can adopt pneumatic diaphragm and user switches on air input signal, it can operated and be used.

2.Regulation performance is excellent, flow coeffcient is accurate.

3.The channel is S type. Pressure loss is low, circulation ability is strong.

4.It can be applied to medium with viscosity and a small amount of fiber.

備注

1. 最大允許壓差不超過最大工力。

2. 同一格內(nèi)，’’/’’前方數(shù)字表示閥常開允許壓差，后方數(shù)字表示閥全關(guān)允許壓差。

3. 以上允許壓差均采用標準執(zhí)行機構(gòu)，當壓差不滿足時，也可增大執(zhí)行機構(gòu)。

Note

1.The maximum allowable differntial pressure does not exceed the maximum pressure.

2.The number in the front of 7' indicates the allowable differntial pressure for valve totally opened, the rear numerals indicates the allowable differntial pressure for            valve totally closed.

3.The above allowable differntial pressure under standard actuator, If the differntial pressure is not enough then can use enlarged actuator.
